Intro to Stand Up Paddleboard
Join the growing world of Stand up paddling - it’s easy and fun! The course is designed to introduce the sport of stand up paddle boarding in a calm, enjoyable, flat water setting. Instructors cover equipment, board handling, proper body mechanics, paddle strokes, maneuvering and water safety.
