Invasive Removal and Native Planting
Elk Meadow Picnic Area 258 Davison Rd, Orick, CA 95555 Help restore a once-thriving riparian habitat at Prairie Creek! This will include removing invasive Himalayan blackberry, planting native plants, and hiking the beautiful Trillium Falls trail with an NPS interpreter. What to bring: Long sleeves and pants, rain gear, appropriate closed-toe working/hiking shoes, sunscreen, water, lunch, and enthusiasm to make a difference!
