Italian Christmas Beer Pairing Dinner

Eel River Brewing Company presents our monthly beer pairing dinner. This month’s theme is “Italian Christmas”. For $30, each person receives four different Eel River Brewing tasters each paired perfectly with four courses of delicious food served by a beer expert. This month’s menu starts with an appetizer of Chèvre Stuffed Prosciutto Wrapped Mushrooms, followed by your choice of a soup or salad, an entree of Surf & Turf Manicotti (one lamb, one crab), and, for the sweet finale, a Triple Exultation Tiramisu.
