Joshua Frye and James F. Woglom: Rhetoric and Democracy in a Post-Truth Era
Thursday, November 21 at 6:30 p.m., we welcome Joshua J. Frye and James F. Wolgom to present their book Rhetoric and Democracy in a Post-Truth Era.
Their book offers a timely examination of public communication and political culture in the United States and the systemic feedback loops that have amplified democratic dysfunction and violence. Frye examines rhetorical traditions and trajectories to explain both how we got to this point and how we can fix it.
The book is illustrated by James F. Woglom, who will be showing his original art for the book.
