Kaleidoscope Meditation

We are having a kaleidoscope mediation on February 9th at 7:45pm. If you want to enhance your journey you are welcome to come to our 6:30-7:30pm candlelight yoga class first. This is a Joe Dispenza guided meditation that we will project onto a wall. The kaleidoscope is used to open the subconscious mind to suggestion and can also be used with a mind movie. If you don’t have a mind movie there will be images of someone connecting to their pineal gland and that is where you have the option of watching the screen or programming in something more personal.
