KHUM’s 20th Birthday Bash!

Adorni Center

As incredible as it may seem, KHUM is about to turn 20 years old! The party is Saturday night, January 9th at the Adorni Center in Eureka. Live music, food, drink, and more fun than humans should be allowed to have!

They said it couldn’t be done, they said it wouldn’t last, but 20 years later, I guess “they” were wrong. Our 10 year party at the Bayside Grange sold out, so we moved to the Arcata Theater Lounge for our 15th, it sold out too. So we have booked the Adorni Center this time for the 20th. This time we hope we don’t have to turn anyone away. However, I’d get there early to be safe.

There will be beverages available from Briceland Vineyards Winery, Lost Coast Brewery, Mad River Brewing Company and Tap Room, Eel River Brewing Company, Redwood Curtain Brewing Company, and Six Rivers Brewery… as well as some tasty grub from Folie Douce, Ramones Bakery and Cafe, and Rita’s Margarita’s and Mexican Grill. 

A portion of the proceeds will go to two of our favorite local charities: Stop the Violence and Humboldt Trails Council.  Big thanks to Debi Farber Bush for helping to coordinate this quite large event. 

It’s $8 in advance here or $10 at the door. We’ll see you at the party on January 9th, as we party like it’s 1996!
