KMUD’s Summer Music Series Soul Cook Out

KMUD’s Summer Music Series will host three more parties in its front yard this summer, with music, food and drink. Admission is free. Updated details will appear on KMUD’s Facebook page as each event approaches. On Friday, August 31, the event will feature 2 Djs spinning Soul/Funk/R&B (NoHum’s DJ Goldylocks & SoHum’s Dj J Riggs of SHC), spoken word troupe Word Humboldt, and female vocal duo LAWLE$$ Leo Rising. Avenue Café of Miranda will be generously donating pizza, and we will also be cheffin up some Soul Food (menu out soon). This event will run from 2 pm to 8 pm. On September 14 and September 28, the Summer Music Series events will feature live local bands and great food.
