Labyrinth Walk

See Event Description

The monthly “Labyrinth Walk” will take place Saturday, August 16th from 2-5pm at Christ Church Eureka, 15th and H St., Eureka.
The labyrinth is an ancient form of walking meditation or reflection. A circular winding path leads to a center and the same path is followed back to the threshold.
It is used for contemplative times of celebration, remembrance, pondering a question or seeking insight and inner peace.
If you’re new to labyrinth walking, simple instructions are given by Kathryne DeLorme, Certified Labyrinth Walk Facilitator. Printed information available about labyrinth history and practices.
All are welcome to drop in for a walk on the portable labyrinth in a serene environment accompanied by Celtic Harp music. A labyrinth art activity will be available to creatively express your experience.
These free labyrinth walks are held most months on the third Saturday. For more information, call 707-442-1797.
