Labyrinth Walk
The monthly “Labyrinth Walk” will take place Saturday, November 15th from 2-5pm at Christ Church Eureka, 15th and H St.
The theme is “Walk in Gratitude.”
The labyrinth is an ancient form of walking meditation or contemplation. A circular winding path leads to a center, a place to pause for reflection, and the same path is followed back to the threshold.
It is used for times of celebration, remembrance, or seeking insight and inner peace.
If you’re new to labyrinth walking, simple instructions are given by Kathryne DeLorme, Certified Labyrinth Walk Facilitator.
Printed information available about labyrinth history and practices.
All are welcome to drop in for a walk on the portable labyrinth in a serene environment accompanied by Celtic Harp music. A labyrinth art activity will be available to creatively express your experience.
