Labyrinth Walk “Equinox: Balance & Rebirth”

Third Saturday of every month, 2-5pm Christ Episcopal Church 1428 H St. Eureka.
The labyrinth walk is an ancient form of moving meditation, walking along a winding path leading to a center for a reflective pause before following the path back out to the threshold. Drop in for this peaceful experience accompanied by Celtic harp music. If new to labyrinth walking, simple instruction given by Kathryne DeLorme, Veriditas-certified Labyrinth Facilitator. Information on labyrinth history available. Stay for tea and Labyrinth Art activities.
