Lakota Cultural Horse Therapy Retreat

This retreat will provide you with the opportunity to learn ancient Native medicine, wisdom, and healing techniques, as well as Lakota cultural horse healing, talking/ processing circle, active visualizations, and conscious release exercises for healing individual, ancestral, and collective trauma.

The retreat includes breakfast pastries, drinks, lunch, and 2 days of cultural equine (horse) therapy with Lakota teacher and wisdom keeper, Douglas Widow Jr.

Hosted by Spirit Horse Education (SHE) at Sitka Springs Ranch (Elk River area, Eureka).
