Language Exchange Meeting

College of the Redwoods Community Education

Thursday, November 20 4:30-5:15, the CR Multilingual Club is proud to offer a Spanish/English language exchange at the CR downtown campus 527 D St. in Eureka.
The event will connect Spanish and English speakers looking to practice either language in an event of mutual benefit and support.

Participants will converse in Spanish for 15 minutes, and then switch to English for 15 minutes. This allows those studying either language to connect and find communicative purpose in their second language.

Childcare and refreshments will be offered for the event free of charge.

El jueves 20 de noviembre, de 4:30 a 5:15, el Club Multilingüe de CR se ofrece un intercambio de español/inglés en el campus del centro de CR, ubicado en 527 D St., Eureka.

El evento conectará a hispanohablantes e la gente que habla inglese que buscan practicar cualquiera de los dos idiomas en un evento de mutuo beneficio y apoyo.

Los participantes conversarán en español durante 15 minutos y luego cambiarán al inglés durante otros 15 minutos. Esto permite que quienes estudian cualquiera de los dos idiomas se conecten y encuentren un propósito comunicativo en su segundo idioma.

Se ofrecerá cuidado de niños y refrigerios gratuitos para el evento.
