LA’s Lisa Chanoux and Scott Luhrs
Lisa Chanoux is an LA-based stand-up comedian, writer, podcaster, and producer. She hosts and produces Chatterbox Comedy Night, “the best independently produced comedy show in the country.” Chatterbox has been featured in the LA Times and the SGV Tribune. You may know Chanoux from the viral What’s Your Sign? podcast, acclaimed in Vogue, Cosmo, Nylon, Refinery 29, and more. She has appeared on Comedy Central Digital’s Saturday Morning-ish Cartoons, written for Netflix Is A Joke, and performed at the 2024 Netflix Is A Joke Festival. Recently, she showcased at the Bergamot Comedy Festival and was featured on Netflix Is A Joke Radio on Sirius XM. She will be at this year’s Pickathon Music Fest (in the comedy tent!) Chanoux’s comedy is deadpan and observational, blending personal storytelling with sharp insights. Her writing showcases perspective, passion, and a unique comedic voice.
Originally hailing from New Jersey, Scott Luhrs is a staple of the Los Angeles comedy scene, known for hosting and producing Chatterbox Comedy Night.
He has performed nationwide, including NYC, Austin, Chicago, Portland, Phoenix and more. Luhrs has featured and headlined at major West Coast venues such as the Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, San Francisco and Sacramento Punchline, and UCB. Internationally, he has showcased at the Comedy Nest in Montreal. He’s a fan favorite from the Savage Henry Comedy Festival, and the Crom Comedy Festival. His ability to blend insightful observations with hilarious storytelling has earned him praise from peers and critics alike.
