Laughter is the Best Medicine: Benefit for Monica Durant

All proceeds for this show will go to Monica Durant. She is going through a really tough time and she is such an amazing woman who could really use our help. Monica is the mother of the Humboldt comedy scene and without her there would be no Savage Henry or local stand up scene. She’s let countless comedians crash (pee) on her couch, laid out several issues of the magazine and has overall been a huge support for all things comedy in Humboldt. Monica suffered liver failure and is currently in the hospital in SF awaiting a liver transplant. Just buying a ticket to the show is a great way to help Monica and Chris Durant. If you’re at all in the giving spirit this holiday season then this a great way to help someone in need and help yourself get plenty of yuks in the process. Now that’s a win-win. So please come and laugh at our dumb comedy all for a good cause.
