LEGO® Bash ‘Em Bots

Arcata Recreation offers a new LEGO class, Bash ‘Em Bots. Have you ever wanted to learn how to make a motorized LEGO machine? Instructor Amon Armstrong guides students in this more advanced class, as they re-engineer standard LEGO vehicles into mechanized machines that can traverse challenging obstacles, battle against fellow bots, and take on the instructor’s colossal creations. Youth, ages five to twelve years, join Amon for five weeks on Saturdays, March 5 to April 2 from 4-5:30 p.m. at the Redwood Lodge in Redwood Park, Arcata. Fees: $110 Arcata resident / $120 non-resident.
