Come explore the benefit of chanting/singing HU, a sacred sound—let it be your compass!

The event will begin by reading a short inspiring quote, you will be invited to join in and chant/sing this holy name of God, or sit quietly to enjoy the uplifting sound for 15 minutes.

After which we will have an open light-hearted spiritual discussion.
