Life’s Last Gift

Humboldt Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

The public is invited to an Inter-faith and Multigenerational Conversation, focused on end of life issues. ‘It’s always too early until it is too late to have a family conversation exploring values, attitudes and beliefs about the end of life.’ Join this workshop on Saturday, May 18 in a safe and family environment as we explore together what we want our families to know about preparing for our end of life. All ages welcome! The workshop will begin by viewing the movie ‘CoCo’ at 9:30am, followed by a facilitated discussion and lunch. There will be a parents/adult program beginning at 12:30pm, led by Dr. Charles Garfield while children’s activities and childcare will be provided. May attend afternoon only. Sponsored by the Humboldt Advanced Care Planning Coalition with Redwood Palliative Psychology and Dr. Gina Belton, and the Humboldt UU Fellowship Adult Religious Education program.
