LOVEfest: A Three Day Culinary Affair
Eel River Brewing Company, like Virginia, is for lovers. No, not that kind of lover. The lover of adventure, the lover of flavorful food, the lover of true craft beer, the lover of mystery, and, okay, even the lovers of love. With this zest for life in mind, the ERB pub sees your average Valentine’s Day special dinner menu and raises the bar, presenting LOVEfest- three nights of aphrodisiac laced special menus sure to spice up the night of single ladies, bachelors, and couples alike. Both the LOVEfest signature appetizer, oysters on the half shell served with a sherry mignonette, and the the LOVEfest signature dessert, a sinful slice of strawberry glazed Red Velvet cake, will be available all three nights. Tonight, from 5pm through 10pm, experience an epicurean fantasy. The menu includes Saturday, February 14 Venus and Mars (a dinner experience for two): Tender T-bone steak and lobster tail, That’s a Big Rack: Mustard encrusted rack of lamb finished with mint glaze, Love, Stir Fried: Fried rice topped with spiced shrimp and asparagus, Cupid’s Arrowhead: Almond crusted truffles and chocolate dipped strawberries. Be you single and ready to mingle, deeply in love, or consciously uncoupling, ERB’s LOVEfest will tantalize your taste buds and romance the foodie within, all with a well stocked wine cellar an abundance of craft beer on tap.
