Luncheon and Guest Speaker
The Redwood Genealogical Society Speaker Luncheon meets at 11:30 a.m., December 13, at Locha’s Restaurant, 751 S. Fortuna Blvd., Fortuna.
This event is open to all.
The program, “Memories of those who helped form the Genealogy Societies in Fortuna and Humboldt County” features speaker Launi McCombs. Launi will highlight formation of the Redwood Geneaolgical Society and resource library in Rohner Park, the Eel River Valley Chapter of DAR, initiation of Native Daughters of the Golden West Reichling Parlor #97, and the Pioneer Society.
The optional lunch is two tacos, chips, beverage for $15 including tax, but not tip
