Luncheon Speaker
The Redwood Genealogical Society Speaker Luncheon will meet at 11:30 am.Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at Locha’s Restaurant, 751 S. Fortuna Blvd., Fortuna.
The program begins at noon with speaker, Nan Abrams. The topic of Nan’s power point presentation focuses on “The Early Jewish Settlements of the Eel River Valley of Southern Humboldt”. Nan further states that the settlement areas include Rio Del, Fortuna, Ferndale, Hydesville, and Petrolia,
RGS meetings are free and open to the public. The optional lunch is two tacos, chips, and beverage for $15 including tax.
