Ma-le’l Dunes Restoration
Ma-le’l Dunes North (Off Young Lane)
If you want to get a good work out and enjoy hiking in beautiful places, this volunteer event is for you! We need volunteers to help bag up invasive yellow bush lupines and haul them out of the dunes and to the parking lot. If left in the dunes, these bashed lupines will sneakily invite invasive plants, such as annual grasses to come grow near them. Don’t let it happen! Gloves, tools and cookies will be provided.
