Makenu
Makenu is a vibrant, psychedelic cumbia band that blends the traditional rhythms of cumbia with a wide array of modern influences. Formed in Humboldt County in 2021, the band unites musicians from Chile, Argentina, Peru, Puerto Rico, and California, each bringing their unique musical background and energy to create an electrifying fusion that transcends borders and cultures.
