Celebrating 45 years of the Mateel Community Center stewardship and longevity in the community.

Join us in celebrating 45 years of community at “Mateel 45”! On Saturday, October 19th, we’re throwing a party you won’t want to miss, featuring an incredible lineup: Grammy-nominated Los Rakas backed by the 7th Street Band, local favorite DJ G. Davis, and Epicenter Sound DJ Group! Los Rakas is comprised of cousins Raka Rich and Raka Dun, pioneering Panamanians by way of the Bay Area on the frontier of a new Latin urban sound. Known for their fresh mix of hip-hop, plena, reggae and dancehall music; the duo represents the cutting edge of Pan-American flows.
Come wish the Mateel Community Center a happy birthday with great music, delicious food, beer, wine, and desserts. All ages welcome—fun for the whole family!
