Metamorphose is very symbolic in many ways. Symbolizing transformation where one can trust in the universes wisdom of creation. A continued surrender and unfolding of the evolution of this experience.
Sound acts as a bridge from the busy production mind into the body, into a deeply meditative state. Whats underneath the surface begins to move through the system. Moving stuck energy, creating harmony throughout all systems, allowing wisdom to form from presence. Presence from a space between the doing, fixing, projecting, and seemingly endless assessments formed from the intellectualization of the mind.
How you are, in this moment, is already enough.
Step into a space where mental noise quiets, the body settles, and presence becomes clear. Through sound, you are invited to release the need to fix or become anything, and instead experience what is here, just as it is.
