The Thing

Microdosing Humboldt, Modern Native Wellness (@modernnativewellness) and The Thing (@the_thing_arcata) present Microdose and Dance to celebrate the two-year anniversary of the decriminalization of entheogens. Friday October 6th 2023, doors open at 5:30pm, music starts at 6pm. Arrive by 8pm to receive your microdose. (21+) Pay at door sliding scale $10 - $25

On October 6th, 2021 the Arcata City Council voted to decriminalize entheogens within Arcata city limits. This is a day to celebrate the decriminalization of psychoactive plant and fungi medicines. It takes a community to inspire change, and as a community let’s celebrate our success in decriminalizing nature!
Decriminalize Nature Humboldt is currently working to decriminalize entheogens within Eureka city limits, and some of the proceeds from Microdose and Dance will support this cause.
If you want to get involved, please contact @decrim_nature_humboldt. They are working to get the resolution to decriminalize entheogens on the agenda for the Eureka city council for a vote in October—the very same month entheogens were decriminalized in Arcata.
