Mobile Outreach in Fortuna

Humboldt County Department of Health & Human Services Mobile Outreach will be at the Avenues to Wellness/Special Outreach in Fortuna at the Fortuna Community Services on Wednesday, Aug. 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visitors to the bus can be assisted with CalFresh, MediCal, In-Home Supportive Services, Veterans Services and Child Support. Humboldt County Mental Health Clinicians will provide on-board counseling and can link clients up with supportive case management.
