Mobility for Strength
This class is all about increasing your joints’ strength in various ranges of motion. This class is excellent as a complement to lifting, Pilates, dance, and more. It is also a mindful way to ease into movement.
How to prepare:
-Bring a water bottle and mat, if you have one
-Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in and have an extra layer in case.
-All other equipment provided!
