Moonstone Magic Tai Chi/Qigong

Every Wednesday in October, from 4 to 5:30 pm, Tai Chi/Qigong Class meets at the north end of Moonstone Beach for 90-minute practice of slow, gentle, easy-to-learn movements that reduce stress and generate energy. Wear layered clothing, bring water and willingness to unwind and have fun. Stay open to “unexpected joy” as Mother Nature has many surprises. Certified Instructor: Glenda Hesseltine.
