Morning Bird Walk
Join Dan and Jody Greaney in finding and observing the birds of the coastal forest. This guided walk through the trails and gardens of HBG is filled with bird facts and inspiration to launch your own bird watching adventures. Dan is a retired teacher and author of Bird Words from Blue Oak Country, a series of essays reflecting on the ways and wiles of birds. He leads monthly walks at HBG and for the Redwood Region Audubon Society around Arcata Marsh. Bring binoculars & cameras. Dress for weather, held rain or shine. Meet at the entry gate of HBG.
