Mother’s Day Massage Workshop
This 90-minute workshop will focus on basic body & basic massage education. After learning the fundamentals pairs will exchange 30-minute massages guided by a massage therapist. Mothers are invited to attend with a friend, partner, or family member. • May 11th at HealthSPORT Arcata • 1:00pm-2:30pm • Participants will be clothed the entire time and laying on the floor • Please wear athletic clothing and bring two bath towels or blankets for bolstering
