Mug Club Only :: First Tasting Daydream Believer Pale Ale

Hear! Hear! Are you a Gyppo Ale Mill Mug Club member? If so, please let your friends and family know that you won’t be available Friday February 21st at 6PM because you will be joining your fellow Mug Club members for the first tasting of our new Pale Ale, Daydream Believer. Here is what head brewer, Jared Smith, has to say about this beer: “Cheer up Sleepy Jean! Dreams mean everything, even daydreams! Take this dreamy pale ale, for instance. A tangerine-hued frosty-glass of whimsical-glory ready to transport you to that special place in your mind where dreams come true. Not to snap you out of it with nerdy facts, but this crushable pale ale was brewed up using English Pale, and Vienna Malts with a little bit of Crystal tossed in for good measure. 4 different hop additions were used in the kettle using Calypso, Simcoe and Cascade hops for balanced bitterness and fresh spring-like aromas. We then fermented Daydream Believer with 2nd generation yeast for a clean ferment and judicially dry-hopped the beer with 1# of Cascade hops per Barrel which brings in some citrus and spruce aromas. The result: a balanced easy drinking pale ale sure enough to help guide you along on that magic carpet ride. Take one with you as you chase the dream!”
