Mushroom Walk
Join naturalists Joann Olson, Pete Haggard, and Virginia Waters for a free guided walk focusing on the mushrooms of the dunes at the Lanphere Dunes Unit of the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Bring a hand lens and a small mirror if you have them. Meet at Pacific Union School, 3001 Janes Road in Arcata to carpool to the protected site.
