Music in the Garden Series-Featuring Calliope
“Music in the Garden: Sunday Concert Amidst the Blooms” Humboldt Botanical Garden Foundation presents another wonderful, whimsical summer concert in the “Music in the Garden” series with Calliope on Sunday, July 17, 2016, from 12 – 2 p.m. Bring the whole family, and a picnic lunch and enjoy a fabulous performance of the circus right in our own Botanical Garden! The thrills, spills, humor and drama of the circus provide the inspiration for the music of CALLIOPE. These are the sounds that accompany the pratfalls of the clowns, the tension of the tightrope walker, the coordination of the jugglers and the agility of the acrobats.
The Garden opens at 10 a.m., music and laughter begin at noon. This activity is FREE to HBG members, admission is $8 for nonmembers adults or $5 for seniors, students, active military & children over 6, children under 6 are free.
