National Public Lands Day in the King Range

BLM King Range, Friends of the Lost Coast and various local mountain bike organizations invite all for National Public Lands Day on Saturday, September 26 from 10am-2pm. The group will meet at Tolkan Campground on King Peak Rd. Work will include maintenance of the Paradise Royale Trail in preparation for an October mountain bike race. The day will culminate with lunch at 1:30pm, plus free National Public Lands Day t-shirts and public lands passes for volunteers. $10/hr stipends are available to youth, ages 12-17.
