New Moon Seed Planting

Join us at Stewart park to celebrate the 1st New Moon of 2026! This is a magical time for deep rest and planting seeds. We will learn about the lore and properties of calendula before doing a short journaling/meditation session and creating origami seed holders to plant our intention with calendula. Please bring a journal and a pen and dress for the weather. All other materials will be provided. Heavy rain cancels the event.

This event is part of the Outside Arts Light and Dark series, a project of Playhouse Arts, and sponsored by Arts in California Parks.
