New Student Outings: Rafting the Trinity River

HSU Recreation and Wellness Center Lounge

This amazing trip will offer students a chance to explore the scenic Trinity River! This full day whitewater adventure will consist of paddling, swimming, and relaxing on a popular “Class II-III” stretch known as Pigeon Point. No previous river or paddling skills are required! A river safety talk with complete paddling instruction will take place before getting on the water. Sign up today online with Center Activities to meet other students who enjoy nature and a fun adventure! Program Fee Includes: transportation, lunch, river guides, all river gear, and permits. Pre Trip Meeting: Thursday, August 22nd- 6:00am-7:30am at the Recreation & Wellness Center.
