Become a Loan Signing Specialist! Date: Monday, October 23, 2017 Time: 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Fee: $135 Location: CR Community Education 525 D Street, RM 111/112 Instructor: Masters Notary Academy California’s real estate industry needs notaries who would like to become Loan Document Signing Specialists. In this class, your instructor will present information on the duties and responsibilities of the Notary Public entering the loan industry as a Loan Document Specialist. The instructor will cover various documents involved in the loan package, the role of the loan officer and Title and Escrow. The instructor will then present how to manage the actual appointment with the client and re-cap on the Notary position. Prerequisite: Must have or be in the process of obtaining a California State Notary Public Commission. ________________________________ Become a Notary! Date: Tuesday, October 24, 2017 Time: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Fee: $105 (Plus a $40 check made payable to the Secretary of State) Location: CR Community Education 525 D St. Eureka, CA 95501 RM 111/112 Instructor: Masters Notary Academy Masters Notary Academy shall present the approved Notary Public course for the State of California. We shall provide the necessary materials required for the class including: an extensive workbook, State paperwork, code book and handouts necessary for the course. All materials will be distributed in class. Our course is structured to accommodate the newly commissioned or re-commissioning notary requiring the mandatory 6 hours of instruction required by the state exam.
