Volunteer Trails Stewards Eureka Wharf Trail Workday
October 3rd is the Volunteer Trails Stewards Eureka Wharf Trail workday: Every 1st Saturday of each month 9-11 a.m.
Meet on W. Waterfront Drive near Commercial Street. Kind of across the street from the Vista Del Mar on the Eureka Bay Trail.
We will be mainly digging out grass and invasive plants. We have a few tools, but you would like to bring your own that would be helpful.
In addition, one can collect trash with buckets and long-handled grabbers.
Look for volunteers in blue vests and our sandwich board sign.
We will have some snacks and water. Also some native plant seeds to take home.
We would like to partner with you and your friends or groups.
