Olympic Weightlifting
This clinic will take participants through the complete technical progressions of Olympic Clean and Jerk, Snatch and additional movement variations. Participants will gain the necessary baseline knowledge about the programming of such movements into their own training program. This clinic is suitable for strength & conditioning, sports performance, health, fitness and weightlifting enthusiasts.
