Smart business owners plan their transition from day one… The 2019 Business Succession Program kicks off with an overview of your exit options and considerations for owners planning to sell or retire—whether in one year or ten. You’ll need this grounding to benefit from future workshops diving deeper on business valuation, buy-sell agreements, negotiation, and much more. Lunch will be provided. Instructor Mike Balstadt is a Regional Business Advisor with the Northern California Small Business Development Center, and a Certified Family Business Specialist with MassMutual Financial Group in Roseville, CA. He specializes in coaching business owners on creating a sound exit that protects both family and business financial interests.
