Learn all about how to build a plant-based pantry, how to source the best ingredients for the lowest prices, and have healthy meals at the tip of your fingers. Know your options, what to stock up on, and how to create clean, balanced and delicious meals. These simple techniques will improve your health and save you money! In each class, we will pull from our pantry and create something delicious. Recipe and samples included! Registration deadline is Wednesday before the class.
