The Partnership in Music Orchestra (All Seasons Orchestra together with the Humboldt Symphony Orchestra) will be celebrating springtime with two free concerts titled “Rebirth & Renewal.” On two consecutive Sundays, May 4th at the Eureka Woman’s Club 1531 J Street, Eureka, at 2PM and May 11th at Cal Poly Humboldt’s Fulkerson Recital Hall 1 Harpst Street, Arcata at 2PM. Selections include Felix Mendelssohn’s romantic and stunning “Fingal’s Cave”, the soulful “Pelleas et Melisande Suite” by Gabriel Fauré, the second movement of Moritz Moszkowski’s 1898 composition, “Concerto Op. 59 - Andante”, and selections from Igor Stravinsky’s colorful “Firebird Suite”. A continuation from the acclaimed “To Live” by our own Garrick Woods, we are honored to perform his immersive woodland journey in “Spores & Roots – Fantasy Overture.”

Opportunities for student musicians are offered at Cal Poly Humboldt in the upcoming fall 2025 semester. Students can enroll in Humboldt Symphony (MUS 1060/4060). An informal audition is required for class enrollment. Cal Poly Humboldt musicians who enroll in these two classes automatically become members of the All Seasons Orchestra. Community and student musicians of all ages are invited to join All Seasons Orchestra. Auditions are not required. Registration is open for summer 2025. Summer rehearsals are May 24 through July 19 – 10 AM to noon at the Eureka Woman’s Club, 1531 J St., Eureka. Fall 2025 schedule aligns with Cal Poly Humboldt’s Fall semester.
