Partnership in Music Orchestra Spring Concert
The Partnership in Music Orchestra (combined Humboldt Symphony and All Seasons Orchestra) is offering a free concert on Sunday, May 3 at 2pm at the Eureka Woman’s Club (Eureka Woman’s Club, 1531 J St., Eureka). The performance is presented by Musical Director/Conductor, Garrick Woods, professor of music at Cal Poly Humboldt, and Concertmaster Holly MacDonell. Selections include Gershwin’s An American in Paris Suite; de Falla’s Ritual Fire Dance; Hikki Solahti’s Sinfonia Piccola; Die Moldau from Smetana’s “Ma Vlast”, and a medley from The Sound of Music.
