Pastels on the Plaza transforms Arcata’s sidewalks into a colorful outdoor art gallery while supporting early childhood development and education!

This free event welcomes artists and attendees of all ages. Businesses and individuals can show their support and spotlight their name by sponsoring a square. Artists and sponsors can register on our website: https://ncsheadstart.org/pastels-on-the-plaza/

Kids can join the creativity too by bringing their imagination to their own pastel square in the kids section or visiting Pastels Village, where they can decorate cardboard playhouses and the Pastels Palace!
