Join Sea Goat Farmstand and Chef Andrea of The Culinary Underground for a unique, spring-inspired tasting experience that celebrates the vibrant flavors of the season. This curated event will feature an interactive tasting centered around artisan and farmstead cheeses handcrafted by skilled cheesemakers from Humboldt County. Guests will have the opportunity to sample a variety of exceptional cheeses while learning about the techniques, stories, and farms behind each bite.
Each cheese will be paired with wines from Miles Garrett Wines, a small, family-run vineyard. Their delicious, locally made wines are the perfect match for the cheeses and bring out the best in every bite. It’s a fun way to experience the unique flavors and craftsmanship our region has to offer.
