Paws for Purple Hearts is coming to Humboldt to talk with the community about opportunities to help our veterans! Paws for Purple Hearts matches service dogs with veterans. It costs $35,000 to train a Paws for Purple Hearts service dog. However, through ardent adherence to the Paws for Purple Hearts mission, PPH is able to provide a warrior with a service dog for free. Paws for Purple Hearts is the first non-profit of its kind. Paws for Purple Hearts is an organization by warriors, for warriors. Come learn more about this amazing organization, and let’s have a community conversation about taking care of our veterans!
