Join Megan for this Pine needle basketry class at The Makers’ Space. Participants will learn about the different types of pine needles best suited for basket weaving, how to properly clean and prepare them, and the various techniques used to coil and stitch them into beautiful, functional baskets.
Our hands-on workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced crafters alike. All necessary materials will be provided including complimentary tea and coffee from our on-site cafe. By the end of the session, you’ll have your very own handmade pine needle basket to take home, along with the knowledge and confidence to continue creating on your own.
