Planning for Your Life: Advance Care Planning Workshop
Location: Timber Ridge in McKinleyville, 1400 Nursery Way. This workshop will provide all you ever wanted to know about Advance Health Care Directives. There will be opportunity to discuss, work on, and complete your Advance Directive with expert guidance and support. A notary will be present to help with finalizing your document, so please bring a current photo ID.
