Join us Friday evening, November 22nd at the Arcata Playhouse for this winter’s puppet slam! Nettle and Clam’s Puppet Slam (formally named Professor Williker’s Puppet Slam), is an annual event that has been providing Humboldt County with short form puppetry since 2012. This year’s theme is Incantations. Expect divination, animation, shadow puppets, rod puppets, movement and celebration of the magic we inhabit as people play puppets, and puppets play people. This puppet slam is a Creative Sanctuary Project with grant funding from the National Puppet Slam Network!
