Redwood Coast Kite Festival
Held Saturday and Sunday, May 17 and 18, the annual Redwood Coast Kite Festival is a free public event along the scenic Humboldt Bay waterfront – and the largest and most diverse two-day celebration of kiting on the West Coast, combining world-class performances and open space flying! The Festival is a family-friendly event with candy kite drops, free kites for children, and an Artisans Fair showcasing the local makers that make Eureka so unique.
Can’t make the festival? Humboldt Kiters holds monthly Fun Flys at Halvorsen Park, the 3rd Saturday of each month, wind and other weather permitting.
